    Keep and eye on this mate, somethings up here with ankles, heels lifting and knees look like they are coming in.
    Try and sit in the bottom with less weight on the bar and have a little assisted stretch.

    Ah yea. Looks bad doesn’t it. Tbh those converse are shocking to squat in but even in socks I am forward on my toes when the weight gets heavier. I’ll have a go with the stretch mate thank you
