    Diet is all over the place a bit. 4 solid meals. 2 wanky meals

    Carrying some water so once back to work that will go within days

    Appetite has really gone. That’s either down to me feeling like shit(really bloody hot)
    Or the fact that I’m using anadrol pre workout. I have heard it can screw your appetite

    Gear is 200 test every 10 days and 50mg anadrol 60mins pre


    On the plus side my garden has never looked so good [emoji4]
