When i do pullovers the absolutely fry my triceps no matter how I try to avoid it
It also fry’s my lats so I’m not gonna stop doing them I just wish they wouldn’t fuck my triceps so much
Food has been high and I’ve worked up to 215lbs currently with the outline of abs(just)

Coming back to work has definitely leaned me out and ramped my appetite right up as usual
That’s what happens when you walk 10 miles per day just at work alone lol
Walking IS great for fat loss IMO! I’ve started to walk 10k cross country 4 times a week and burn on average 1100-1300kcals over roughly 2 hours.
I feel refreshed after the walk and my mind is free of chatter.
You what? 1100-1300 kcals over 2 hours... What are you walking Mount Everest?
