What’s vertical leg press like. I always found they crushed the fuck out of my lower back
I like them
Light weight and I can’t get any connection with my quads. I don’t let my lower back leave the floor so the rom isn’t great
Once the weight gets heavy though it’s all quad
Still training in garage.
It’s getting boring without too much choice but I should be grateful for what I have got
Study been taking up much of my time so training has dropped off a touch

All good, got a pump product to use and that gave a nice leg pump I must say. Diet has been clean on the whole I’m just so hungry all the pissing time at minute
Decent pull session today

At a go at a rack pull before the deads. I must have a little hernia as the pain in this certain area keeps popping up from time to time. Today was one of those times.
It’s strange as when I rack pull from blocks the weight is sat on the blocks so when you pull you pull the weight and the bar at the same time. Pulling from pins where the weight is suspended I’m mid air you pull the bar first then the weight comes up after.
Not comfortable at all that way hence now I’m looking to build my own pulling blocks as I’m ducked if I’m paying £80 for a pair
Trained push today
It featured a high incline barbell press of 100kg for 3 solids reps
Now clearly on here that’s like child’s play to you millionaires but my pressing is utter garbage so I was kinda impressed
And only a gram of tren to get there too. Impressive
