    Find a decent local cash and carry. Local halal place near me does 10kg box’s of chicken breast for £30-34 depending on current prices. Which is a fucking good deal

    Smashed in a monday sesh I gave this beginner routine a go as the PPL on my protein I dint feel it gave me enough pump.

    Second meal of the day. Big oh lump of Sirlon steak in a sarny with letter tomato and a tad bbq sauce. First time eating steak like this lol very nice though and 26grams of protein in the beast 1561455945417.jpg
