Honestly Arms I never feel anything in and hate training them. Today the sets were very long as each arms controlled, I have veins popping and they were red on elbow crease ( which worried me lol ) Great biceps session just for one exercise, but I see what you mean if you **** a set up, thats why each set was uber slow Was going to record

Glad you like em guys, Jay I'm not saying that form is wrong what I'm saying these are tips that you may find improve your ability to stimulate the target muscle, there are many ways to skin a cat I just like to be efficient when doing it
Thanks big bear. It's easier to think about it when you can see it rather than read about it.with he dumbbell curls would twisting so palms face behind you make much difference to stretch the bicep I think daz ball does it this way??
