Your endo/gp if your nhs prescribed or private prescribed TRT for a full TRT check

If self admin trt, medichecks and opt for TRT PLUS which includes everything you need. If your just checking your hormones, opt for male hormone check.

With my self TRT I always use the TRT plus twice a year with medi checks. Expensive but if you can afford to buy gear you need to afford the necessary health checks to go with it.

I am on GP prescribed 2% Tostran gel. 4 pumps per day 40mg. This puts my levels at high teens, low 20’s, but I don’t use it as it’s a pain applying it every day. I just pin 75mg to 100mg test cyp every 7 days and my levels are 20’s

I still collect my prescription and have about 15 to 20 tubes of the stuff lying about lol

What where your levels like before you started the gel?

As the 70 to 100mg kept you levels the same or raised them?

That's very helpful thank you, if I'm on 6 pumps I reckon I'll need to be around 100/110 then!
I was expecting to save money but not that much, am I right in thinking a vial is lasting 25 or 30 weeks?

If you don't mind me asking do you do cycles on gear too? How do you work that around trt and when you finish a cycle do you do a full pct?

I genuinely don't know if you do or not, that's why I'm asking. Do you need to kick start your own crapy half arsed production, obviously trt is supposed to be a top up rather than a total replacement, I don't know?
All I've done are orals along with the trt upto now, but as I said before, I'm looking to do a cycle as a transition to injectable trt if that makes sense.

i don’t really cycle any more. No need to pct if you are on trt.

have you had blood work at 6pumps per day?

100mg test e or c every 7 days will be sufficient for trt.

    No you don't pct.

Pct is to kick-start your own natural testosterone production after steroid cycles (Post Cycle Therapy)

TRT is an artificial way of mimicking your natural testosterone so once you start injecting synthetic testosterone your natural supply will shut down. Hence why people go on TRT with low testosterone as trt will give you better testosterone levels by increasing and mimicking your natural production to make you feel better or as some say make you feel Normal again like a man should at what ever age you are

7 days half life for test e. 5 days is stated on google know it all.
    Ha ha! Nice one
125 mg once a week or split that into 2 Jabs prevent e2 conversion or at least avoid an ai conversion

As far as I am aware half life of test e is 10 to 15 days and test p is 4 days. But could be wrong

It’s an individual thing. Google says 4 days and other sites say 7 days. Get bloods done to find out is the best way.
