Under 105kg Strongman

    No long intros as nothing of interest just a place to track training more than anything

    As title says gonna have a bash at Under 105kg strongman on 2020

    Firstly London’s Strongest Man and then Wales Strongest Man

    Goals 2020

    340 deadlift
    280kg squat
    160kg log

    Ambitious but Fock it

    Training at mo is light with decent volume build up

    Deadlifts up to
    230kg 5 sets of 4

    Done lol

    Walked dog with kids had chilli followed by cheesecake

    Not sure at mo but pretty fat so plenty to play with

    Was hovering around 105kg with decent strength with half assed effort so hopefully can be done

    I’ll weigh myself tomoz

    BW this AM 113 kg

    2ml of Chiron fast acting TTM went in before bed along with my usual helping of THC last night, great dreams and morning wood, happy days

    Breakfast was

    5 scrambled eggs
    2 bacon
    Mushrooms n veg

    Not concerned with weight as I’ve been on the see food diet so just a little tidy up will see me right where I need to be while still building strength

    Horrendous weather here so tempted to fck work off and go squat

    Fked work off due to horrendous weather

    Did school run went for coffee with my mother n breakfast with the misses in weathers then trained

    Squats
    160kg 5x5
    Hack squats x3
    Leg curls x2

    Dat pro lifestyle day

    First time squatting in what’s must be 6 months

    Light slow build up
