Excuse shit vid set up
Today felt very tired and sore from squats and log but being the wally I am wentband trained
Worked up to an ugly as fxk 260x5 on deads
Chalk was wet hence struggling to grip bar
Going to deload next week then start another light high volume build up ready for new year
Log press tonight
Then strict log 105x6
3rd squat session back today
Worked up to 3x6@180kg
Then speed deadlifts 5x2@140kg
