met with consultant todsy facet joint injections in 2 weeks at long fucking last

not much to update back is improving slowly im off everything except very low dose test just trying to get on a even keel . nerve block on the 9th but not going to even consider next cycle until i can at least train effectively.
i hit 380lb very fat and watery but got things more under control now currently j7st dropping some of the fat ive accumulated .
had alot of personal stress that came to a culmination today as it happens it has been one of the most heart breaking experiences of my life. but its out of my control .
and i have to accept it for what it is .
health is pretty good bp a little higher that i like at 131/60 something but still not bad and my fitness is poor but im improving that.
i think that covers all bases

Hope things improve with your back soon so that you can train how you want to.

Your blood pressure sounds pretty low considering your size. Would be interested to know whether other big bodybuilders have 'normal' blood pressure readings or whether you're a bit of an exception.
