Update 7 Weeks Out.

    So I last posted pics at 12 weeks out, things are coming along but I am craving food as if I were a crack addict, it's really bad. It's not the hunger just the craving. I cannot decide if I am where I should be 7 weeks out or if I really need to ramp it up. My upper body is very lean however still holding some fat on lower stomach, legs and glutes. My strength is good I have lost some but not loads, any advice appreciated, 7 weeks!!

    Thanks buddy, still need t lose around 3-4kg for my show, I think lol

    I cant comment on shows etc mate, but imo you defo lookin good. You know what needs done.

    I would say another 5-6kg until awesome condition.you're on track! It's going to get harder now. Don't give in....you can eat junk every single day for the rest of your life after this 7 week period...if you so wished ;)

    Thanks Con, the training is no problem but the diet is terrible. I am eating 3000-3500 cals a day depending on how much exercise/cardio I have done but I still think about food constantly. I suppose it's because I used to look like this

    EVERY ONE struggles on prep dude.
    Even those that can completely blank out hunger and cravings (such as my self) have a very hard time keeping it under control once the contest is done.
