So I last posted pics at 12 weeks out, things are coming along but I am craving food as if I were a crack addict, it's really bad. It's not the hunger just the craving. I cannot decide if I am where I should be 7 weeks out or if I really need to ramp it up. My upper body is very lean however still holding some fat on lower stomach, legs and glutes. My strength is good I have lost some but not loads, any advice appreciated, 7 weeks!!
