to be fair if he feels better then cool

but usually then the ethics standpoint comes out and becomes a bit preacher like....

but totally agree if your using dairy , wearing leather etc etc its hard to stand on a moral high horse

plus lots of crops are just as damaging like Soy and even some of the other things which are ruining land globally...

Yes the protein I use is vegan, and alpro is vegan. Most of the big suppliers do a vegan range now.

I buy vegan clothes and shoes as much as possible - for me it’s about reducing the impact of my actions as much as possible - no one is ever perfect.

I certainly don’t preach and don’t take a moral high ground. I’m happy to talk about the moral perspective, but it most times ends up with people becoming very defensive about the whole topic.

Happy to have started a thread that’s opened a discussion tho

well fair play to you then.
morally yeah, i do get it but personally, well I like meat, simple as really.

I do think it's a bit of a trendy fashion thing at the mo also, any many vegans are very righteous and extreme in their views.

how do you know who's the vegan in the room ?

    they tell you....

I always wondered what the vegan position on whey protein was? As far as I know, it is derived from milk, therefore animal products.
