17 years weight 72 kg is an ectomorfo.a as I understand someone like me who has fast fast metabolism must take many calories throughout the day to not lose muscle mass. now I have done the calculations of the calories in the foods I eat during the day but unfortunately I never get the calories needed. What are the foods that have many calories but do not hurt our body?

Food doesn't hurt your body mate

You either don't eat enough calories or you don't.

What do you eat on a typical day?

No such thing as a particular food that hurts your health - the most damaging thing you can do to your health from any food (or foods) is overeat for a long time and gain a lot of body fat. There are some foods that, when in a consistent calorie excess like this, can speed up the health issues - vast amounts of simple sugars or vast amounts of long chain saturated fats, but no food specifically a problem. If you genuinely need a lot of calories to get into a calorie excess (most people who think they have a fast metabolism actually don't, they just massively overestimate what they eat or massively underestimate their activity level) then eat as balanced a diet as you can that gets you to the calorie target you need.

Thats not enough food for anyone by the sounds of it.

    So 3 rusks + jam

200g cooked weight of pasta with?

1 chicken breast for dinner with?

    How many sandwiches and when?

You basically answered with baby food and one chicken pasta meal.

Certainly looks more like a case of undereating than a fast metabolism.

Start at at least 14kcals per 1lb bodyweight, and aim to get at least 30% of your total kcals from protein. If your protein intake is high enough, you don't need a massive amount of extra energy above your maintenance to gain muscle.
