I did that the first time and I was in bed feeling like I had the flu. I now use it in nasal spray. Still get the flush feeling but the sicky feeling is tiny. I use it for a week or so with sun beds then knock it on the head. I get tanned quick and once I have some colour I give up the mt2.
was going to try nasal spray last time I bought some but general opinion was ok but not as effective. I don't mind the pinning as it's a slin pin and but spray has got to be easier. I have a good colour now but might get some spray just to 'maintain' tan.
100mg sidenafli offers no extra benefit than 50mg IMO Half a tab should be more than enough unless a lot of alcohol and recs are in the Mix
My previous comments were just a moment of madness fuelled by alcohol but I have now regained control of my senses. I wouldn't feed a troll and I don't get in to silly fights on forums. The day will never come when I'm bored enough to play games with you. Later.
That’s fine then I don’t mind someone saying sorry when they sober up I’ve made a lot of mates that way
No. Go away. Definition: Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. To win something, usually of small importance, as in a carnival game. The phrase is used to signify the value of the prize. As in a chicken dinner can be had for the same value.
And your posts are always lame and boring Rich.....that's when you can even compile a sentence that's longer than 5 or 6 words. I'm tempted to ask you if you're a bit slow and simple in the head but I don't wanna start another riot and give the angry mob an excuse to "pile on".
Well the heart doctor said my pumper looks good. No signs of a rear wall heart attack, said it's a good blood pumping pumper. Just did a 24 hour blood pressure & heart check too. Results in a few days. Was annoying wearing the thing Trying to sleep & every so often it started pumping the thing on my arm.
Good good news, Good to get a good heart health result but especially in view of the heart attack diagnosis from gp. I can imagine the pressure monitor being a pain but will be good info for you. Great result. training etc remain the same or made you consider changing things around ? although you've said you do a good amount of cardio work already
