Want to Loss my Weight?

Hey there my name is john and i am 21 my weight is 210lbs, I was wondering to having clenbuterol for weight loss but i have heard it many times it's a cause of liver tumor Therefore I am worried about it. Could you tell if it's best or not if not so which i go should rather?

Hey John, welcome to the forum!

It's great that you're doing your research before jumping into something like Clenbuterol. You're absolutely right to be cautious.

I hope you are aware it’s not approved for human use in many countries including both US and UK potentially due to some serious health risks.

There are probably some anecdotal reports of liver damage or abnormal cell activity but not sure there is concrete evidence as is the case with most of these things, still, that doesn’t mean it’s safe.

You are only 21. Best to avoid putting something in your body that you are unsure about!

I've never used clen so can't comment on that but if you're in a calorie deficit and training regularly the weight will come off. Personally don't think it's worth introducing something so toxic for weight loss, especially if you have concerns about your health - the sides can be quite varied and severity depends on dosage. People will react differently. Each to their own though I suppose.

You have not stated your height or if you are training which would help.

Forget Clen, start weight training and cut your calorie intake. It would be best to know your maintenance calories, then reduce this. You need to take the weight loss slowly if you have a lot of weight to lose, so your skin has the time to retract and keep up, or you could have loose skin. Add in cardio too...

Hey John, it’s good that you’re cautious about clenbuterol. While some people use it for weight loss, clenbuterol is not approved for this purpose and can have serious side effects, including heart problems and potential risks to your liver. There’s no strong evidence it causes liver tumors, but the risks outweigh the benefits. Instead, consider safer, proven methods like a balanced diet and regular exercise. You might also want to consult a weight loss clinic in Marietta to get professional guidance and a plan tailored specifically for you. Staying healthy is the priority. Avoid quick fixes that could harm you.

Apart from training I have done a short Ozempic run and it was amazing
