    ok well update is training ruined this week me and ash are both ill, tried to get u and go today but just shivery and cant keep food down , so had t o break diet and training, sip on bcaa water and fore toast ( only thing not comming up ) fcukd off to say the least i cant seem to string 2 weeks together without a issue. new week starts sat hopeing im ok by then

    i know mate, just pi$$ed off to say the least.. but hads kicked my motavation into overdrive, if you thought i was smashing pb's before just wait untill i get rif of this bug, iv sat in bed all day and over loaded bcaa and vit c so hoping by sat im good to go, see how i am in the morning but ill wait untill sat to train.

    Not too much vit c you'll lose fluid

    3G ample with some vit e bcaa and simple sugars buddy !

    ok well feeling much better now although back is stiff from being stuck in bed.. feeling watery and fat now to say the least although im back on cycle tomorow. ready to smash it now and getting all my meals cooked now for the next couple days. lean up , grow well, thats the plan.

    ok well havent updated since i was ill... so its week one of cycle now, very basic simple cycle nothing crazy as much as some people would love hear lol.

    training been a bit random in terms of days as the missus mam has just had her knees replaced so we been in and out of hospital, ( on a side note dont bring 6 boiled eggs in a hospital lol )

    so trained arms this week and back today, REALLY SHAKEY today after the workout and had to nip to asda after ... craving **** like mad i just wanted to eat rubbish, chocolate etc .... but smashing down 6 eggs and 4 bacon as i type lol, will update them later.
