    Do a bit of everything now mate, weigh about 225lb now. Do a mix of regular lifting, CrossFit and running. Dropped about 40-45lb since Jan 18 but I’ve not really been trying on diet, just eat whatever and try not to go daft too often.

    Feel fucking superb for it and cleared up all my injuries and niggles as I had to address all my weaknesses and mobility issues to have any chance with the oly lifting side of CrossFit.

    Still on gear but mostly just stick to 250 test. No tren or out as I can’t be arsed with the autism.

    What you into these days? Still a monster and hitting the big numbers or switched it up a bit?

    Sounds good that mate fair play to you for moving away from being over 260lbs, probs ain’t the best thing for ya health wise is it if we’re being honest

    As for me I’m still over 260 haha I was 265 on Monday after dropping a bit of weight for this holiday I got coming up. Looking fairly decent atm but not much difference to how I’ve ever looked tbf maybe a couple of lbs of new muscle the last 18 months if I’m lucky, pulled 320 dead couple of months ago but not done much since, dat 2 year plateau

    Started training westside’ish style 3 weeks ago for a change and cos I hurt my hips doing to much low bar squatting so now I do a ME movement that gets rotated, Box squats, safety bar Box squats, deficit dead’s, rack pulls etc and then some BB’ing accessory stuff

    Looking to pull 330 after holiday but will have to push the food more and gain weight to give it a proper go and now ain’t the time for that with Majorca next week

    Usual shite pal. One or two decent little results but mostly just pissing in the wind. Business as usual lmao

    Totally fucking pointless as well isn’t it really, why push to 280-290 lbs to try and stick an extra 10kg on your deadlift?

    When I pulled 320kg I just dropped the bar and thought “about fucking time” and then carried on training, got no joy out of it

    Should really look to downsize like you Doink but for some reason I just keep doing the same old shit
