We all love lifting but what else keeps you going outside the gym? Whether it’s sports, gaming, hiking, cooking or something else share your hobbies and let’s see what this community is into!

Does your hobby help with strength, endurance or recovery? Or is it just a way to unwind after a heavy training session?

I enjoy anything outdoors - biking, running, swimming. Helps unwind both my mind and body.

I like stealing Panties from washing lines.

Outside the gym, I’m all about hitting the mountains. There’s nothing like that fresh air and the burn in my legs as I climb higher—it’s my kind of therapy. Nature’s got its own way of making you feel powerful.

My hobbies have fell by the wayside a lot since trying to get my work life back on track

Haven't trained seriously or at all really in a long long time

I have got right into 3D printing, aligns with my interests (technical background) - just trying to learn 3D modelling currently!

Always been into guitars since I was young, playing (badly) building (pretty good if I do say so myself)

Always loved Airsoft but just not had the time the last few years, still got a pile of guns up the loft that looks like something ISIS would have stashed away lol

Oh, went through a phase of restoring old Kenner Star Wars toys from my youth, will be doing more of that. Buying them wrecked and incomplete off eBay, using 3D printing and other techniques to get them back to tip top.

My boy has a stash of them now far bigger than anything I could have ever hoped for, and the best bit, they actually got played with. Not stuck away in display cases!
