    Many people think like this
    John Meadows was never a big advocate of heavy shoulder pressing, too much strain on the joint
    Tbf you could easily build great shoulders without dedicating a whole session to them
    Front delts with chest, rear and traps with back, then some pressing and lat raises with arms

    I couldn't live without pressing. It separates the men from the boys.

    Side laterals
    Then on back day I’ll do a rear delt type movement like face pulls
