up at 6:30am this morning the wind is blowing a gale outside literally the rain is hammering down and its like a river running down my street, but just had my porridge and waiting to go to the gym I will have to drive 5miles for my workout the roads will be shit with flooding in a few places but I HAVE to go training otherwise I will feel as though I have let myself down,
I need to be doing something training wise its in me I have been told that I have an addictive personality and I have to do things in a head down arse up way ... all or nothing,
that's my excuse whats yours for pushing yourself to exhaustion beyond the point that joe public see`s as normal.

I struggle to train that early and when I do it would only be LISS cardio as my body just never feels warmed up enough. Circadian rhythm would be all out of kilter.

    I want a physique that's symmetrical, lean/defined, strong & super flexible.

So I'm a bit of a perfectionist. Ok I'm a bit of a nightmare, I'm very competitive, obsessed/dedicated & demanding. BUT if I wasn't, I wouldn't be motivated to walk to the gym in the rain & snow & train thru the pain, Doms & burns.

Goals are what pushes me. I set strength goals, train for them and then compete to make them count

Reckon i was born to lift. Never been about goals, trying to transform my physique or even be stronger although all those factors do help drive me on in their own way, what pushes me has always been the same and it's simply because i enjoy it!:)
