New series of banshee is back
So lots of watching for next couple of weeks
Watched love actually and the note book last night, top films!!
Just watching "The Town" with Ben affleck
Well good so far
Southpaw at the weekend which I enjoyed as well
Hidden gem that film, like a modern version of Heat with Deniro and Pacino.
I'm off to see Captain American Civil War this afternoon, can't fucking wait!
I'm definitely on team Captain America.
Captain America was fking awesome!
Pissed all over bats v soops.
There's a very good WTF moment
Triangle - pretty decent if you like mind bendy films, paradox type shit and loads of hidden meanings etc, really enjoyed it.
Got the new star wars here on blu ray, might watch that tonight
2nd that re the town, Ben Affleck gets a lot of unfair stick - thought he was excellent in this
He directed it too.
Definitely one of those films that seemed to slip under the mainstream radar.
Saw "The Tunnel" on sky box sets the other day and thought I'd give it a go
Absolutely loved/loving it
Some dark things in it and really good acting. The French women in it I find sexy as hell too, especially when she's pissed off
Just started the 2nd series now
didn't know that - puts him up even further in my estimation. I think most folks hating on him were just doing so because it was/is fashionable. Bandwagon jumpers
Gone Baby Gone is another great film he directed (Casey Aflleck his brother stars in it too) which was based on the book written by Dennis Lehane, who is a superb author who also wrote Mystic River which again was also turned into a great film.
Edit: Lehane also wrote Shutter Island, another great book turned into a top film.
Watched London has fallen the other night
Couple of hours of my life I'll never get back
Finally watched the drop with Tom hardy
I am a Tom hardy fan boy so usually watch all his films but didn't think this was gonna b any good.
It was pretty good worth the watch
Precreption thugs ..,, good doc enjoyed it
