I'd have a look at strom vascumax (non stim) pre workouts panel and see what you like from that.
Is that highly recommended?
That and novopump are 2 of the best non stim products out there. I'm just more partial to the strom as its a small UK based company.
Off topic, but what kinda money do you think Strom pull in?
Anyone here used glycerol? I’ve got a bag here for a bit and don’t know why or what dose or how long before training to take...or even if it’s worth taking
He puts hell of a lot of work in and deserves some credit for his products
I just add some beta alanine to the vascumax
Then creatine, glutamine and electrolytes to my intra carbs
Do you have glutamine intra and post or just intra?
I have noticed a big difference in recovery since starting having an intra shake eaas, dextrose and electrolytes. I didn’t think it’d make so much of a difference! I’ve been having glutamine post workout only atm
I can’t have creatine it ruins my stomach

I've read about pre bed too, may do 15g over those 3 servings
Been using peptopro intra but will switch to EAAs next week
Gonna have a good push till the end of the year so getting in all the little extras that make the small differences
I've just ordered and should get today the eaamax, vascumax and whey from Strom. Only having whey post workout atm. Going to lay off caffeine/stims for the duration of the vascumax tub. Been using brain blitz or mvpre and I don't feel them atm. Vascumax is great for pumps so as I'm leaning out I'm looking forward to see it make more veins pop.
Will probs add some creatine and glutamine I have too.
Yeah I was always told 15g a day...a lot of people say it’s useless but I know guys like Pscarb, Paul George etc all rate it when they were competing...when everything else is in place I do think these other supplements have their place
And that's what I was getting at in my post
If you've got everything in place and can give it 100% then the small things like eaas, glutamine etc will make a difference
Even if it's only a few %, all those extra percentages add up and improve progress
If your diet is shit and training half arsed then your wasting your money
