I'll have to get the book and read through it can never have too much to read... I read online at one point he was 310 with 24inch arms in off season fucking crazy weight
Cost me 7 quid on kindle. Interesing read and gives some ideas. His workouts would take 2 hrs or so to do i reckon. Very high volume but lower frequency, largely as he was in prison a lot and could only get gym time 2 or 3 days a week.
This Danny Trejo ?
Yeah he wrote about the prison stories and his meeting and training with him.

OK how did his workouts look like? Given that he was doing very high volume in such infrequent workouts? how could he construct his workouts so he never run out of gas when maybe in such infrequent workouts he had to group a lot of muscle groups together. i do an upper lower type of split but no way can i do high volume on every exercise.
I imagine him to have had a colourful life.. looks like he'd skin you alive for fun.
I imagine him being more brutal than how he comes across in his cartel/gangster film roles. Def wouldnt want to catch his eye if you were in jail with him.
Big balls your miles out. Craig monson just genetic freak. Prison workouts 30 sets for triceps. Dude just has that build that would makes mass doing whatever he wants. I’m sure he was a Hollywood celeb hairdresser too ha ha
so now we are getting to the real training. Most of it without weights in a cell. let´s be honest you can´t do 30 sets for triceps if training every muscle group over 2-3 days as was wrote.
