Vitamin C 500mg EOD
Yohimbe Hcl 40mg
Some Ka nd Mg complex daily
I have a brother who is into muscle building and at present, he is using this muscle building supplement Hydro Muscle Max. Maybe because his friend suggested this to him after seeing a website herintalk . But as soon as he started to get the desired results, he is swearing by it! Well, I don't know these are actually good for health or not.

I think it depends on what training you do? If you do a lot of high intensity you could take some BCAA during the day mixes really easy the one of those cool ShakeSphere shaker bottles (they have no corners) would suggest 3 servings a day, should help you recover fast so you can keep beasting training.
