Was benching once and I'd left my spotify logged in on my mates PC. Stuck a song on and untracked the bar when the cunt changed the song on my phone to the Mr blobby song from his PC and I started fucking roaring half way down ....

Nearly killed myself getting it back on the rack.

So anything but my blobby, he's done it with the cheeky girls as well.

    Metal head here.
Sometimes I feel bad for other people in the gym (can play your own music where I train).
I get in the zone though :)

    Pantera
    Hatebreed
    Kill Devil Hill
The Last Ten Seconds Of Life
    Lamb Of God
    King 810
    Metallica
    Bleeding Through
    Slayer
    Sylosis
    Machine Head
    Heart Of A Coward
    Killer Be Killed
    Devil You Know
    Killswitch Engage
    Revocation

Thats all the stuff I deem 'reasonable' to play in the gym anyway ;)

I don't normally listen to music when doing weights... Howeve for cardio I'm plugged in. I have a guilty secret... When doing cardio around the 25 min mark I need a boost... So on goes Gwen Stephani "What are you waiting for?" For some reason this track really energises me. It's got the right bpm and is uplifting.

So that's my street cred down the pan...what I had left of it then! Haha.

Currently listening to a bit of Shinedown - Devour is excellent. A bit of hard house with Lisa Pinup and the Tidy Boys.

I won't mention the odd Madonna track from Confessions on the Dancefloor
