    Dubstep. pretty much all I listen too in the gym now tbh, got a load of hour long 'brutal dubstep' mixes in my play list I just cycle through

    sometimes skrillex too but they not as good

    Now the PC isn't b**gering about, heres a sample



    This kicked in whilst I was doing cardio once. I nearly got banned from the gym as I ripped the f**kin thing to pieces.... I think that particular cross-trainer is still out of commission! Hahaha :rofl:

    Thread on here put me onto podcasts
    Spinning records podcasts is good has a guest dj every time like rehab, avicii tiesto showtek judge Jules martin slovec, great podcast if u like that kinda stuff.. Basically the kinda music you took pills to at music festivals when u wer young

    I listen to most types of music but can't get hyped up on rap or hip hop

    Need to have banging dance music with a good drop to smash weights

    I'm cliche as fuck when it comes to workout music

    Judas Priest (gives me a bit of a headache, manic as fuck at times)

    If I'm just doing assistance exercises I'll listen to hip hop. I save the heavier stuff for the heavy sets of bench, squats and deads
