I'm going back to my old gym. PureGym yesterday was shit, really busy and I just didn't like it much.

pure gym must be an absolute nightmare this time of year! was busy as fuck at any time of the week.. also found the bars overly thick in there. thought it was maybe just mines, but the one in leeds is exact same

I switched to David Lloyds.. its expensive, but worth it for the lack of crowds

    Trained today

    Seated Cable Row
    10 x 39kg
    10 x 52kg
    10 x 52kg
    8 x 59kg
    5 x 66kg

    Lat Pull Down
    10 x 45kg
    8 x 52kg
    5 x 59kg

    D/B Row
    10 x 17.5kg
    10 x 20kg
    10 x 20kg

    Hammer Curls
    10 x 8kg/side
    10 x 10kg/side

    Concentration Curls
    6 x 7.5kg
    8 x 7.5kg

There's progression basically everywhere, even though my biceps are still weak as piss even compared to the rest of me. Felt really hungry all day too.

Weight is up roughly 1.5kg to 101.5kg. I took some measurements, waist is the same as when I started but upper arms are 5cm bigger. I don't feel any fatter so I'm not concerned about the increase.

Shit day for diet today, I've just been constantly hungry.

4122 kcal, 240g pro, 382g carbs, 175g fat. Can't be doing this too often.

Also, started some mobility work. Just stretching atm, some of it I'm actually ok at (I can deep squat and hold it with no probs) but in other ways I'm basically made out of wood. Shoulder, back and neck flexibility is dogshit.

    Goals:
    100kg bench
    120kg squat
    150kg deadlift
Be able to touch my toes with straight legs

Find a local yoga studio that does a beginners course. I was very doubtful about yoga to begin with if im honest but i did the course with my missus and loved it. We did a 6 week introduction course. I now practise at home, hold some poses as stretches before training and do weekly classes. Helped my mobility loads. Would definitely recommend it.
