When I was on top of my life I used to spend a chunk of time doing yoga, generally via an app I had that was free and just in my living room. however this is now a paid app and I’m tight as fuck. does anyone do anything similar? Any app recommendations or is it all on the yooo toooobs? any good stretching plans? Supple leopard worth it? what do you do to not become stiff as a bored and as flexible as a house brick?
