Rice pudding

Cereal/Milk

Wholemeal bread with chicken/cheese (heated in george foreman) paninni style

Wholemeal scones/banana + jam

Do you have set macros/cals for your cheat days or just eat as much as you want/feel you need?

All depends on how depleted i feel i am.

Where i am at in my prep i.e how many weeks out!!!

If i am ahead of schedule or behind.

Normally have 3 x high carb meals either saturday or sunday to refeed.

Mostly coming from the carb sources above, not really into junk food when prepping for show just replacing the muscle fuel for the following week.

No set Macro's followed, know my body and how it responds and what it can process carb wise.
