ZMA complete product or Zinc + Magnesium seperately?

Would it be more cost effective to purchase Zinc + Magnesium seperately?

If so, which concentration of Zinc and Magnesium is sufficient?
 
ZMA is more than just zinc and magnesium. Its zinc and magnesium aspartate with the addition of vit B6. You need to be careful with magnesium because it has laxative effects.
