Hey chaps,

Anyone heard from him lately?

we’ve spoke daily for 8 years or so now but he’s completely dropped off the radar last 6-8 weeks and getting a bit worried now like

I went under the radar because I felt I was enabling/encouraging you a bit too much. I know you were in a good place just before we had spoken and sorted a lot out. Didn't want to risk it by us doing what we've done for the last 8 years and kept each other up every weekend all weekend.

I've changed my phone for a reason, a friend was sloppy. I've got your number wrote down. I'll message you tomorrow.

I ghost the forum once or twice a year, but this thread caught my eye ha! But yeah not bad, I don't train any more but life is steady. Going in a good direction for once.

Haha stronger than me mate, I couldn't raise a wank in a brothel never mind a dumbbell.

Is there many of the old guard still on here?

Great to hear things are going well for you,I tried the no training thing but that just meant more time with the Mrs so bought myself a bench and some weights quick as fcuk.

Not many at all mate a few drift on now and again ,tbh at the minute it's the busiest it's been in ages

Shame really as this was a hell of a place back in the day
 
I've messaged RMK so once he stops playing hard to get and not replying to this thread when he's been online itll be better.
