lol I remember the actual tablets mate but not the make , bought a thousand , ended up just giving them the dog as treats , 999 of them and one that if chewed and spat out , only thing I’ve tasted close to it was a beef protein powder

I have no idea but tempted just to buy a small 1.5lb tub to see what it tastes like. I do need some Yamo items before the end of the month, so might try one.

anyone know what the benefits are with beef over whey protein powder?

Not sure about the benefits, but it certainly sits better in my guts, whey plays fcuk with me these days... Only problem is, I'm drinking it like squash lol I'm on about 6 Shakes a day now!
 
Yeah, I've noticed I'm far better with digestion

And I normally take a 1lr of water/squash with me to work

Now I'm having around 60g extra protein in a day with it in so it's win win

I think it’s DPD the owner of dolphin has his own logistics company so may use others aswell.
