No Ron no issues at all.

They work by reducing the amount of stomach acid you produce.

So avoid things that spike stomach acid production -

Spicy foods

Carbonated drinks

Onions

Etc

Im running tren at the moment and still need to be mindful of the food types im eating or i do suffer terribly tbh.

Any amount of tren mate. But remember ive had part of my digestive system removed via operations.

Pull / push / rest/ pull / push / rest / rest

Everyday i do cardio and rest days doing very light rehab work on abdomen as thats where all the surgical stuff went on

Alot of his is based around off and on season. While in the latter stages of prep he ups the test which is backwards of what ive always read.

Any of you lads who suffer heartburn/acid reflux ever try 16/8 intermittent fasting? If not then give it a bash, I pretty much cured mine over the course of several months using it and I’ve continued on with it for about 2 yrs now, helps keep me leaner aswell. Takes a bit of discipline when you’ve been used to eating every two to three hours for many years but once you get used to it it’s fine.

I sort of always eat like that anyway mate maybe a slightly longer window just i have a shake at 7am

shake at 7am
First meal 12.30
Last meal about 8.30ish

does that count
