I never knew you use to smoke,do you not miss the feeling of being stoned? I love that sinking into my chair feeling where you just feel totally chilled.

Was the snow deep?

I did feel a bit dizzy off eating very little the thing is when I am trying to get a job finished I just plough on and forget to eat it's a habit that I really need to break tbh.
 
Mick you had a trainee ,does that mean you told him to do the graft whilst you stayed in a nice warm car? I would have done that LOL.

Got the undercoating done so glossing tomorrow then I will be installing the new lights and building a shelving unit so I reckon I should be all done and dusted in the next few days.

Lol I did indeed funny as fuck was really coming down with snow too.

Kept telling him how at man hustle your ass I wanna get back to bed

I used to love it but it got on top of me and was doing it every day. I then got to the point where it would really stress me out if I couldn't get any. That coupled with getting in to training and I had to pack it in as I was wasting my time and money doing both. When I got with the Mrs I started dabbling again but I just didn't enjoy it and it took me off my game. After a long time off my mate and his then Mrs popped round and she used it medicinally so we relived old times. We went from having a great evening and catch up to just sitting there monged out and unable to talk. That was enough to remind me why I packed it in LOL

I only drink now to enjoy a single beer too, I never get drunk any more

The snow wasn't deep, didn't settle at all. It was just bloody cold

LMAO That's the way Mick, we went through the same thing ,trainee means you do all the shitty jobs simple as that.

That's the very reason I only do it on a night I couldn't do a damn thing if I was wankered on dope during the day LOL.

I was laughing at when your mates came round and everyone ended up to blasted to talk it reminded me of going round my mates the night would start off great but by the end everyone was glassy eyed unable to move sitting watching apocalypse now LOL.

Bad about the snow it should have been a foot deep and crunch when you walk through it...... that would have been perfect in my book.

Shoulder was a bit twingy on chest work but nowt to bad, getting a bit more weight on legs and triceps went ok.

Still undecided on wether to run another heavy week next week and then do a higher rep lighter weight week the week after.

I'm quite happy walking around with a clear head every day now... I also notice I have no memory recall of my younger days, probably due to being stoned so much

LOL yeah my memories are a bit hazy but I put that more down to the head injuries.

I remember a while back this dude (a snow boarder) was stripped of his win in the x-games as they found traces of marijuana when they tested him as they said it was a performance enhancing drug.At the time I thought yeah if you want the reflexes of a cat and your mind sharper than a razor then dope is definitely your best choice.

This was demonstrated by one of the lads who was blasted but still tried to drive home he said he wouldn't go over 20mph just to be safe.We found out he had ploughed his fiesta into a roundabout because as he said he got to fixated on the speedo and forgot to look up.......LMAO
 
Didn't get finished work till 9pm and tbh couldn't be arsed to train so left it for today.

Probably for the best as my shoulder was a little bit stiff.
 
Had many a drive home where I had no recollection of how I got there lol.

My son was just moaning about his generation being called soft.... This from the kid who refuses to cycle to school 1 mile for 30 quid a month. Fvcking pansy lol
 
LOL There's been cases of people driving to work in their sleep and waking up in the car park with no fcukin clue how they got there.

LMAO They are though if we had went on like they do now we would have been punched to f uk lol.
