....anyone bother with it? If so which brand? I see the ON monohydrate gets good reviews.
I've never noticed anything from it before but I've always ate plenty beef previously. Also generally been on cycle lol. So MAYBE I'd get something from it now.

Yeah, use it year round. It's the most researched supplements going and proven time and time again to be of use especially for it's cost. Some people do seem to be low or non-responders. Unlikely due to diet as while it is in beef etc you will probably not be getting anything like the 'recommended' dose. I don't feel I get loads from it but it's so cheap.

I think there are some studies showing some forms are marginally better than others but the big picture generally suggests it doesn't matter and a simple monohydrate is sufficient. Some AAS does appear to have a synergistic effect, IIRC anavar is one

Interesting about the var as I'll likely use that in build up to Europeans. Thanks mate.

Just get bog standard creapure.

I only use it pre & post, but only because I forget to take it daily and I hardly train lol

When it first became popular, many used to say about headaches, me being one of them, was it confirmed that it was actually down to insufficient water intake ?

Cheers mate, I've always been shit with water intake tbh, but now I've found some Cherry Jubbly's, 19 calories each , so eases my sweet tooth and gets me a bit more water in lol.

I got some and have had blinding sore heads of late. Had no idea about the correlation. More water needed then.

There will always be the odd rare side effect sufferers, not something that has been commonly reported, hydration could certainly be a factor tho
