What Supps Do You Use?....

Casein, whey... in the real world it makes next to no difference. I use both, predominantly whey cos it's cheapest

Too many to be honest! And I don’t even know if I see any benefits.

How much are you spending each month on supplements?

I ordered from MyVitamins with 50% off, since I pretty much use basics like

Vit D - Omega 3 - Vit E - Multi Vit - probably costs less than £5 per month. (insurance policy for vits/minerals basically, minimal cost)

Creatine I have had for ages and still bag hasn't run out and cost about £5.50

Whey Isolate I buy from MyProtein when sale, I have an unopened bag here for months as still have another bag that had ages as only have odd shake now and again, not every day currently, but I don't really class whey as supplement, just another food source.

I don't use any pre workouts, or any gimmicky supplements that only thing they do is lower your bank balance for minimal effects.

Don't do any cycles / injectables / orals so no extremes in support needed on that front.

My vitamins is just part of the myprotien group.

I’m on trt so don’t cycle anymore really.

infact don’t really train lol, just interested in health supps.

Strom support max
Reflex multi vit
Krill oil
Physilium husks caps
Maltodextrin during training
Creatine post training
Electrolyte powder for dehydration in work.

Huel, Whey protein and BCAAs. Will prob ditch the bcaas when the tub runs out. Don't feel any benefit from them and they are not cheap!

Also vitamin b12 jabs

You feel any benefit from the b12 jabs? Always wanted to try them.

I think so as I do feel a bit less energetic when I go without. Hard to forget to jab every 5 weeks.

I know a lot of people whose bodies aren't full of other stuff and one described it as "a game changer"
