Deads' journal chasing the peak

Sounds nice that dv! I like my oat/whey shakes but they sound even better....

Been looking around for other hobbies, gonna go with boxing or Thai boxing with my mates. There's weekend classes so I can do every weekend and at least every other week on a weekday.

Just need to get some decent hgh together over the next few month's and I'm coming off. Once I get stuck into boxing again I will care less for the gym. Probably start training with my mates at their crappy gym. Bit more of a social event that way...

Just gotta bring it down slow now, once this blast is over

I didn't realise you were looking at a change of training. Should be good to get in with something where it isn't so solitary - that's what I like about my weekly bball.

I need to knock aas on the head bud, but in reality I'm not going to do it until I have another hobbie to enjoy.....

Fair do's, mate, just had enough of gear or is it a tollerance issue? Agree tho, while training is your focus it's not easy to kick the 'habit'. Mate of mine has switched to jui-jitsu, competatively, but even with that he still has the odd dabble with AAS, admittedly nothing like he used to.

Just need to kick the habbit mate as it does me no favours.... I don't seem to enjoy training anymore, and the money..... it's crazy. My health is second in line, because I'm an idiot but that worries me too long term....

Plus I'm feeling fucked last few weeks, water weight is stopping me wanting to train or even do anything..... I'm dead on my feet. I love been big but I think the money and effort I spend on it I may be happy doing something else. Not to mention more level headed and healthier....

If the grass ain't greener I'll smash it again. Can't hurt to try.

Love machine said it was the best thing he ever did. So.....we shall see. I just knew it wouldn't happen until I found something else.....in reality.

Well there's no reason why you can't still hold a good bit of size, main thing will be strength but a change in training tact can remedy that and still keep good size maintained.

I see where you are coming from. Fortunately I don't spend a lot or do a lot so I still edge with staying as I am but I do have thoughts about the point in using what I do for minimal proghress at this point and whenever I do spend

It's worth a shot mate. I've been on over 2 years now, training has been solid for about 7 years.

It's just all too much. I'm spending a lot of time with mates again these days, something I dropped once hitting the gym and I'm loving it. Going to the footie with the lad, even just socializing in the pub. I'd rather spend my cash that way.

Plus were planning a trip to yankville next year. The money can be better spent. Last time I talked the talk I cruised for a good 12+ weeks and my head leveled out. Once I'm past pct it would be interesting to see the difference in me....

You're doing the right thing for you mate

For what it's worth I do believe you are doing the right thing but more importantly for the right reasons

If needs be, dude, set it out on paper/in a diary. Make it a plan, something to stick to so you don't make excuses. Sounds anal but breaking habits can be a rocky road

Yeah I almost did it before bud....but ended up blasting again.

That's why I need something new. I'll get it sorted pal, 100%

Good luck in coming off mate your a right lump sure you'll hold some decent size still.

Found muai Thai far more interesting than western boxing myself. Makes you realise how unflexible you are though lol!!
