HIIT 4xpw.... you could also stick in 2 or 3 days early morning SS if you fancied (or more HIIT). Any day where you have extra time for some more cardio, do it, even if it's 40mins cycle ride

Just go heavy on the cal cutting, drop the carbs right down. If you feel like you need a high day in the middle then do so
 
Probably 1500cal (paleo) and IF, 2pm to 8pm feed window. Would be torture though if training too.

Intermittant Fasting (no food past 6pm, no food til midday the next day)

HIIT every other day for 20mins per session.

Tons of Green Tea.... extract..... tablets.... supplement, not a drug :) haha

Thats the toughest time, the first 2-3 days.

Though I hear there is something other than slin that can make you go Keto in a day instead of 3 days....
 
Been pretty much 100% paleo for 2 weeks now already.


Been training hard too, strength work and plenty of high intensity cardio.


Think I will lower the carbs as you've said and try and get more from greens rather than root veg.


Green tea is a good shout too actually.


Will look into this intermittent fasting too
 
Normally get a massive urge to puke when I drink green tea on an empty stomach, same with oolong.


At the moment I can easily not eat until 2pm or 3pm, it's just evening time that I'd struggle with. Couldn't sleep when I did paleo, if I did manage to I was at a buffet in my dreams!
