How many hours a week do you train

I think the most I've got up to recently wss 6 sessions a week probs 1.5 hours each.

Fuck I used to be much worse before I moved.

twice a day 4 days a week with 1 on Wednesday and 1 epic one on Saturday with s rest on Sunday. Even went cycling on Sunday's if I had slacked during the week/felt like it.

I just loved it and my old gym. Was pretty beat up a lot of the time but was getting stronger and fitter all the time. Ice baths were regular and sports massage once a month.

All in the pursuit of being something I'm not fit for it seems!

Really miss it though!

Ah it was different all the time holly kept me interested and motivated and trained with other people and had some good friends in my old place.

Had banter but still worked hard.

To be fair though I probably would have been better off not trying to do everything all the time and just focus more.

I'm just not built to keep that intensity and improve beyond a certain point

I was very much the same in my younger days, I'd think nothing of just going for a 10 mile run, and training, even though I could barely lift my arms out of bed let alone my body, felt like utter shit, I looked fuckin good though lol

Train about 4 hours in total across the week.  Legs and back usually take a little longer, but can get through a lot of workouts in 35-45 minutes.

Depends how involved I am with my business, but when things are good and on autopilot, I can spend up to 25 hours a week in there.

...Yes, I'm crazy
