Who's Still Active Then?

I don't train as much as before due to new work commitment and realising there's more to life than lifting weights and trying to get big :D. The good thing is I don't wake up from bed with muscle soreness :p

Those aches and pains just come back with age though mate, unfortunately ;-)

Im pretty well pal, how are you?

I've been clear of peds for about 18 months now. think I am just about recovered after about 5 years blast and cruise... well it was actually more blast blast lol.

training wise i'm more into cycling running etc. I was never sure I could keep the game up past 30 without it fucking me up when I turned 50.

Yeah good ta mate! i reckon its the right move for us chap. Been off a bit now too. Into running and crossfit nowadays.

Do miss being on gear and blown up to fuck but its not worth the mental health and potential health issues in your 30's.

Still forever tempted but my bird wants a baby so we're about to start trying, fingers crossed they still work.

You get to an age you just want an easy life don't you.

yer I'm more or less the same! need to pepper for children at some stage.

hows the CrossFit going is it worth joining a dedicated gym or what way are you doing it?

Decent mate yeah, lost a lot of muscle but that's the price of normal hormone levels ain't it. I joined a dedicated gym as they coach you on the technical stuff then. I didn't have a clue where to start with it mate.

Stuff like Snatch or Muscle ups is hard to pick up if all you've done is bodybuild and a few compounds like I did. I had to start over.

Enjoy it though, would recommend it to anyone if they like the idea of it.

You doing any races or out with the running/cycling or just general fitness stuff?

Yer but I'm sure you feel much healthier? I know I'm alot less lethargic.

I'll maybe give it a whirl this crossfit caper. Something about being an all round athlete. It is very impressive.

No races pal I had thought about triathlons but I've only just learnt to swim so it will be a while before I can properly enter one.

Happy at it, was out today first run on the bike in about 6 months.. Been flat out studying past while. Little time or interest for training. Its coming to an end now means I can go out for blasts before work now!
