So whats everyone running at the moment?

Normally run TRT doses of around 140mg pw. Full bloodwork every 12 weeks.

Im on heavy duty pain killers at the moment to manage my pain witj abdomen / gallbladder and thats pushing my pro. Levels high. Apart from that all else is in range and healthy.

Currently running

1.2g deca
300mg mast eth
50mg prov daily
150mg test hep.
30mg dbol daily

Lovely dry gains.. not loads of strength but to be expected with high ratio of anabolics

Im just cruising on 200mg Test-prop over the week with 25mg Proviron. Training at home with an Olly Bar and around 100kg of weight, so just doing low test. Will stay on that till gyms reopen then a few weeks later i'll hopefully do a proper cycle again.

Bloods?? I dont bother with those lol. Just keep moving forward for me.

I had some blood tested last year, my GP kinda blindsided me with it, so had it done. Was only a basic test for cholesterol, liver, kidneys etc. Was shitting it as only days before i sniffed an 8th of coke, was still taking nap 50s plus was taking injectables. Was the longest 5 days of my life waiting for the results. Been on juice for 15 years or so, so was worried they'd find something bad, kidneys especially.

results came back and GP rang me. My cholesterol was spot on, liver value was 45, normal is 38, so zero problems there, and my kidneys.......absolutely fine, said they were fine for my size and bodyweight. Nothing there to indicate i had been blast and cruising steds for the last 15 years. I did laugh when he said its not a green light to continue to use them (i think it is lol).
 
Just going to go on a TRT type dose, test E, always seemed to get on ok with test E so just going with what I know, being at home a lot now at least I won't have to go and find somewhere private(ish) to have a wank.

Powerlifter mate
Currently 300mg test and 150mg deca. 2iu hgh. The deca and hgh is just because I'm rehabilitating a hamstring right now.
No point doing more than that now as there's unlikely to be comps on this year. I'm just working on technical stuff and getting hamstring for again.

I'll write that up later for sure. Basically I start of just with test at ablow dose and gradually add things in and up doses. I'll detail properly when little 1 is sleeping :)
 
I typically compete twice per year. A qualifier and the nationals or an international. For qualifying I've started just doing what I need to to qualify, for health sake. Then I'll push things a bit for the big comp.
I'll start on test at about 500mg per week for a while. Then add in deca and maybe mast. The deca and mast combined will equal same mg as my test. So 2:1.1
Closer I get to comp I'll up things incrementally as I feel I need them to keep progressing and I'll add in an oral. Var if worried about weight, oxy if not.
3 weeks out I'll switch to short esters and drop the orals. Because that's when the last of my really heavy training will be. After that it deloads before comp day. 3 days before comp I'll ramp the orals back in and increase 2 days out and on the day. I'll also either add halo 3 days out or mtren night before comp and on comp day. Comp day orals are high. Unhealthily so.
Then I stop everything. Beauty of it being short esters and orals is they're gone a few weeks after. I just let everything crash completely then do a pct with hcg, hmg, nolva and clomid.
Wont go on again for a long time if its after a big comp. If its after the qualifier, I'll cruise on 250 test every 14 days. Until it's time to up that to 500 per week again for the start of the big prep.
HGH i just have on hand for injuries. Ansomone if I can get it as only need 2iu daily of that.
