A little diet blip can result of a jump on water weight. Our scales at work have gone AWOL so I may have to invest...
 
Water weight I like your thinking I will keep on with the cake, chocolate and crisps but drink more water LOL.

If my scales keep reading my weight is going up you can have mine.
 
The Mrs and I ate a 'serves 6' belgian chocolate orange tart between the 2 of us last night. It's all good. It's holiday weight, it goes when the holidays are over... 12 days of xmas isn't it... oh sh!t, we're past that aren't we.
 
LOL technically I am still on holiday so that means I am ok at the minute,that belgian tart sounds nice I have just flattened another cheesecake after my huge dinner might give next week's weigh in a miss LMAO.

Another strong session today strength is on the up and things just feel light probably because I am not doing any heavy graft so it might well change next week when I start working again.I am either going to run some dbol or might just up the test e for the next cycle haven't decided yet.
 
I did think of running test e with a dbol kickstart but as you say my guts aren't the greatest and I am just coming back off getting glutened so I would expect to give it at least a couple of months for my stomach to settle right down again.

Might just up the test e for 12 weeks and look at the combo for the next one.

That's what I am going to do Ronnie just run the test until things heal up properly as you say it's just not worth it.

Look into injectable dbol rads - i get all the benefits but none of the sides

LOL Your on Spearman is it from your own lab.Only problem is that now the uk has left the eu portuguese customs scrutinize the hell out of any packets/parcels that come from the uk so you'll have to mule it over lol.

Yeah that strom certainly did a number on me my gluten sensitivity is ridiculous tbh even a microscopic amount has me knackered and it takes a while to get back on track.
 
Injectable dbol needs to be pinned daily and its much more potent than tablets

12.5mg of injectable (0.25ml) is comparable to 50mg of tablets

Ive never felt the need to use more than 12.5mg each day of the injectable tbh

Since having my gall bladder out i realky struggle with oral aas. This has been a game changer for me tbh

I remember using it years ago at 50mg per ml. I used to take pre bed, can’t remember the dose I used.

I had never heard of injectable dbol until Mick mentioned it but it sounds like a worthwhile addition

Benching is going great I think the break over Christmas has done me well, everything else went along fine and still keeping it all with perfect form.

Starting the blast at the weekend just test e 500mgs a week for 12 weeks that should see some decent returns.
