The Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR) has issued a forecast of a 13.8% drop in average house prices next year.
The UK Nationwide house price index fell 0.3 per cent in January compared with the previous month, the first fall since June and down from a 0.9 per cent expansion in the previous month. This is a much weaker reading than the 0.3 per cent expansion forecast by economists polled by Reuters. Compared with the same month last year, house prices were 6.4 per cent higher, a slowdown from the 7.3 per cent annual growth recorded in December

Plus they can also celebrate a goal with full contact in public which is strange seen as though you can't give your own family member a hug in public although you can now visit your grandma in a nursing home and have the government's permission to hold her hand.

Tbf there tested 3 or 4 times a week and atm think the whole prem has like 3-4 postive tests

After reading what so many people I know (and in theory liked) were writing on social media surrounding all the political uprisings last year... and the double standards they often posted with... I rarely engage in anything like that nowadays. Plus I don't really pretend to be particularly well versed politically and soon find myself out of my depth

Current hospital levels? Yesterday there was 41k cases, only 45 deaths and 25+ people in hospital. Total number of people in hospital with covid, no all in ICU, 7.6k. The NHS is not where near breaking point!
But until October you can still go to a football stadium every week with 40-80k fans and no restrictions lol

Not 100% sure what a lockdown will achieve. Near all adults have been double jabbed, with some getting a 3rd soon, which was the way out of lockdown, apparently.
Cases may increase more, but cases mean nothing, its deaths thats the key number, and thats remained flat.
