I do give up on that Holly ,I get the DBs in a ok color order from light to heavy and in as best number order as I can,they go up to 70kg at Golds [those stay on the floor]  The plates are just a nightmare ,it would take forever but yep I hate the look of it. I'm much more careful lifting...

That will work if your calves respond easy mate ,that's how mine grow then all the hard work will account for about 20% more vs BW increase. TBH I only started hitting them harder way back cause my quads/hams get big easily......hope they still do,,,,
