    Have peaks but I wouldn't say low motivation. Have days where I'm tired, busy and/or other things take priority. In the past other things getting in the way bothered me. Not any more as I have other priorities. However a good dose of gear in the blood helps for motivation! Usually struggle...

    Too old to start boxing?

    I go once-twice a week. I go for the conditioning nothing more, the hour and a bit of warmup and cardio is awesome followed by bag work and some sparring if you wish. Never too old but I ain't got any intention of going any further it's for fitness and keeping flexible more than anything else.

    rest times - how long do you rest between sets?

    Some days i take longer rests in between sets and others its alot quicker. Depends how I'm feeling and mentally focusing and what exercise I'm doing. No one set time for everyone to follow. Keep it intense and focused!

    I usually end up about 10lbs lighter. Don't use large amounts of gear. Get told i look athletic, when off. Aslong I'm eating cleanish and training 2-3 days i look decentish!!
