12 weeks from now.......Wed 6th August

    i have been a lazy bum for the past year eating shit drinking to much and working to hard with nothing to show for it.

    as of today im back in the gym and starting this journal to keep a log of achievements big or small nothing to fancy will update as much as possible 

    goals

    1.12 weeks of clean diet

    2. loss BF as much as possible

    3. be consistent no excuses

    4. have fun doing all the above

    current stats

    15 st 5lbs BF a guestimate at 23+% ( not good ;( )

    let the calorie deficient abuse start

    will be asking lots of questions so everyone please feel free to chim in, will add diet etc... ASAP any advice welcome on this to

    enjoy

    so 12 weeks from now i am hoping to be a new man ish

    So day 2 or day 1 as i have decided to follow lee labrada's 12 week lean body plan but doing my own diet so just following the training section mainly, takes all the thinkng out of the job in hand and gives me a challenge


    Did back n bi's followed by cardio


    Basic update i know but currently on my phone

    Cant anyone recomend a decent T5 which doesnt contain dmaa as im not keen dmaa
