Might be worth giving BCAA a try intra-workout mate?
Particularly on the max effort days Harry yes. 5-8 minutes between max attempts as purely training for strength rather than muscle endurance here.
Dynamic days are still low reps, but high sets. So 12-16 sets of 1-3. Rest periods here are 30-90 seconds.
Theres assistance work every day and thats typically in bodybuilding sets/reps ranges with similar rest periods. Although sometimes reps are up to 25 per set.
Just covering all bases.
I tried a few varieties of these Dan and they all upset my stomach.
What about a whey isolate in water for intra-workout
Again really struggle. I always end up being able to eat less through course of the day if supplement with protein powders or aminos.
