You not worried about the long term effects of nandrolone heart damage?

TBH its not something i think too much into.

Far too many things to worry about in life these days, so i try to push all that negativity to one side and keep moving forward.

I get bloods done now when i never did in the past, and i think Strom now do ECGs on site, so next time im down there i could have one.

Also, and i dont want to jinx it, but even with my long term PED usage i kinda consider myself to be in better shape than my mates who drink and sniff coke every weekend. They go out Friday and probably dont stop till Sunday morning.
I dont see any of them lifting weights for 2hrs 4x per week with cardio on rest days. Or weighing out and eating healthy foods.

Suppose we all have our sins. Gym and juice is my poison.

I imagine Tren is worse for other organs.

I will never run Tren again. I wear a whoop band to monitor my fitness etc and obs you need to take it with a pinch of salt but when I used Tren a few weeks ago for 2 weeks all my health results plummeted. RHR was up, hrv was down and my calculated recovery really dropped.

How does your blood work look ? I’ve been on similar years as yourself I’ve did more. Had a few years off here and there but been on for the last 4 years with trt and blast 50/50. Just finishing a cruse then going to trt for a while. My main issue is blood count but I donate which seems to stabling. It’s been bang on the last 2 years now. My cholesterol can be slightly above range after a blast but goes into normal range during trt which takes 4 months for me . My blasts are 750 mg test, 250 mg cruise, 125 mg trt. Over the last 2 years Ive tried tren it’s not for me and I hate Deca. Only did a few orals over my years mainly kick starters I.e anadrol. I need an ai always even on trt which I’m going to fix by micro dosing so my aromatisation is not the best. Liver values are always good. Afew mates of mine have showed their blood work, they don’t take gear and their cholesterols are nearly double mine. So like yourself I believe testosterone if used correctly can be better than other bad habits/addictions. Saying this I do need to clean up afew other things in my diet as I like a booze on a Saturday and I need to do my salads every day like I used too. Got bloods in a few months so I can see what damage I’ve done since slacking on diet and alcohol on a weekend and been on a cruise longer than I normally like too.

Ive not had my hormones tested, but everything else is in the blood works i use/go to, which is a Strom. Strom use to get a non-profit NHS service for bloods, but due to NHS cut-backs and all that BS they stopped it. So now i believe Strom have teamed up with Blood-Labs to continue the service, just costs double now, £80.

Anyways, the only thing that pops out is my blood thickness. Back in Jan this year, when i had bloods for the first time, my thickness was 0.530. So started to donate blood and have a venesection at Strom to lower my level from time to time, usually when on cycle. I think on my last bloods taken before my last cycle it had lowered to just above 0.5, so i'll continue to donate blood and have a venesection now and then.

Cholestrol on cycle, my HDL drops low, due to Aromasin and other things. So i adde some extra virgin olive oil and increased my Citrus Bergamot dose from 500 to 1000mg everyday. Was tested again before my cycle and my cholestrol had improved greatly, and was bang on.

Liver is fine and kidneys are around the 71+ mark. Kidney levels increased after added Astrag-Flow. On a big Jan cycle it dropped to 61, but then increased 10 points when i added Astrag-Flow. Ive been using Stroms SupportMax for a while as well, added the Astrag afterwards.

Overall the nurse who takes my bloods then writes and sends me a summary says everything is fine, nothing to worry about. Apart from my blood thickness nothing really stands out, but im trying to keep on top of that.

God knows what my hormone levels are like. Now that Blood-Labs are at Strom i might be able to get them tested, as the NHS didnt test for hormones.

so from your bloods did you see your cholesterol improve from citrus bergamot ? I do use this during my trt time help my cholesterol improve. It doesn’t go that far out during a cycle but I need to keep an eye on it.

I normally use medichecks sport performance blood test or trt plus. I’ve seen complaints about them but I recon the lads are full of shit or they did a finger prick blood test. I’ve used them for 4 years now and there is nothing inconsistent in my blood work.

anyways just curious how someone else’s bloods look like after years of blasting and cruising like myself with concerns ect ect.

I did have a big improvement on my Chol between blood tests, with the increase in Bergamot and extra virgin olive oil, but i had also dropped the Aromasin which ive been told is very bad for Chol.

From what ive seen and heard Medicheck results are all over the shop. At least when i go to Strom its always a IV sample, and is tested quickly while fresh, or fresh'ish.
