Just randomly came across these in Morrisons this morning. Never heard of them before.

    20g protein

    6.5g carbs (all sugar)

    0.2g of fat

Seem pretty good to me and taste fine as well although the texture is very thick, not yoghurt like you would normally imagine. Maybe a good addition to the lunchbox for £1.25. The sugar content is far from outrageous if your diet allows. Just thought I would give you all the heads up as they could make a change from MRPs / bars now and a again and competitively priced as well.

yeah the blueberry flavour is best, been using pre-bed for a while.

the Arla yogurt, Skyr, has higher carb content and lower protein. Tasty, tho the honey flavour is very sweet.

Have I been burying my head in the sand all these years. These things are great. Struggling with morning appetite at the moment but they are not to heavy and are reasonably filling. Will keep me going til lunch when appetite is normally a bit better
