How long does it take to fully deplete glycogen stores? Seems to be a lot of conflicting advice online ranging from 2-4 days

Obviously it's dependant on how muscular the person is to begin with

Depends on activity and calorie intake.

no carb and hiit with a high rep full body workout and you'd likely be flat as fuck in two days. 2-3 tops for me.

I'd hazard a guess at 3 days, if you train on at least two of them.  It really is like asking how long a piece of string is.  3 days for me on zero carb with no cardio but my day job is very active.

Its very dependant on diet, and the level of exercise.... even then everyone is different. A few days is fair with zero carbs.

I tend to get flu symptoms.

    Yeah it's horrible

I've got a headache, the last time I had shakes, sweats etc

I can't really do cardio as I don't want to lose any strength

I'm at about 72kg from 73 abd on my third day in
